Making a false official statement In an official statement Flinn said, ``nothing intimate or sexual has ever occurred between [Marc Zigo] and myself," a statement which was false and Flinn knew was false. Maximum sentence: five years. Fraternization Months before her affair with Zigo, Flinn had a sexual relationship with an unmarried enlisted man below her rank, violating a regulation that forbids breaking chains of command.
