National Public Radio veteran Celeste Wesson is the new senior producer of "Marketplace," a daily business broadcast produced by Minnesota Public Radio. Wesson takes over for David Brown, who became the show's host in September.... Gary Graham is the new managing editor at Spokane, Washington's Spokesman- Review. Graham had been managing editor of Binghamton, New York's Press and Sun-Bulletin. In Spokane, he replaces Scott Sines, who resigned in February.... Associated Press Managing Editors elected Dallas Morning News Managing Editor Stuart Wilk president during its annual meeting in October. Wilk had been APME's vice president.

United Press International named Michael J. Marshall, executive editor of The World and I magazine, the news agency's chief of worldwide editorial operations. UPI and The World and I are both owned by the Rev. Sun Myung Moon's New World Communications.
